Description

Cold plastic road marking machine with belt drive for marking agglomerate markings.

The ideal machine to mark guardrails and stop bars easily and quickly with a texture marking. The belt drive guarantees a uniform agglomerate image.

Steerable front wheel
to mark very tight radii. It can be locked or unlocked during work by a lever on the handlebar. Steering hardness can be adjusted by a dedicated control.

Sighting bar for easy initial marking or precise re-marking of existing lines.

Glass bead dispenser consisting of:
- Gravity bead dispenser, capacity 27 l.
- Amount of beads depending on the speed of the machine
- Control on the handlebar, coordinated with the release of the shoe

Overhanging shoe for agglomerates
with adjustable opening for regulation of the material to be applied. (The absence of the support wheel on the right side allows to make 2 lines side by side without waiting for the drying of the first line).
Choose the line width from a wide range of different shoes (optional)

Spiked roller with interchangeable teeth - ensures even distribution of cold plastic (texture marking) over the entire strip surface. Roller speed can be adjusted by 2 pulleys with variable diameter.
