Airless application

Our airless machine manufacturers rely on either diaphragm or piston pumps. As always, both have advantages and disadvantages. Depending on the required flow rate, one or the other pump is the right solution for you.

Please note the corresponding pump capacity depending on the marking material required. We recommend at least 4.5 litersmin (depending on the bore of the airless nozzle) for high-solid paints and spray plastics. Optimum for line markings (parking lots) is around 6 litersmin. If you want to mark surfaces with very large nozzle openings, the pump output should be even higher.
