The PARATlift retractable barrier post solves many barrier problems better than other posts. Ideal for streets and squares that are only temporarily open to traffic: Pedestrian zones, market squares, parking zones, garage entrances, archways ...
The post can be lowered in seconds using an above-ground hydrant key in accordance with DIN 3223: Traffic can roll over the almost flush embedded ground socket unhindered.

Notes: Proper drainage (gravel filling) must be ensured. The PARATlift must not be installed in standing water (e.g. groundwater). Maintenance is important for proper function. At least every six months, remove any dirt that has penetrated, clean all moving parts and grease the locking hook.
