Description

BLACK BULL shelf protection plank with guide rollers, set B 2300, extendable up to 2700 mm, plastic-coated, yellow, with black stripes, consisting of: 2 planks 2300 mm (C-profile) 2 collision protection brackets (U-profile) with 2 guide rollers each

• The BLACK BULL shelf protection plank B was specially developed to protect the ends of shelving from collision damage caused by forklift and maneuvering traffic.

  The special design of the collision protection brackets allows two steel planks with a C-profile to be inserted at the side. The 300 mm wide protective angles allow the planks to be moved by up to 200 mm per protective angle. This means that each plank set can be individually adjusted in width by up to 400 mm.

  A plank set B consists of two collision protection brackets (500 x 300 x 190 mm, 4 mm material thickness), two planks (100 x 40 x 3 mm) and four clamping pieces.

  Easy assembly:

  Dowel the collision protection bracket, insert the planks, dowel the second protection bracket, fix the planks in place with clamping pieces.

  TÜV-tested in accordance with DGUV 108-007

  Variant with additional guide rollers.
  Dissipates a large part of the lateral forces. Absorbs shocks, protects the floor and increases service life.
