L 150 ride-on airspray marking machine
Description
Self-propelled ride-on airspray road marking machine with hydraulic drive. For road markings in urban areas or on country roads.
Petrol engine:
- Power 27 HP
- External alternator for charging the battery
- Centrifugal roller
Working light, blinker and rotating light
Hydraulic drive with:
- 2 motors directly coupled to the rear wheels
- Joystick: controls forward, reverse and neutral
- Variable flow pump
2 parking brakes:
- on the rear wheels integrated into the hydraulic motors, controlled by the handbrake lever

Steering via the front wheels
Steering diameter:

Telescopic pointer:
- for easy re-marking of existing lines
Engine switch-off:
- when the driver stands up

- with adjustable position (left / right, forwards / backwards)
Sun canopy
Ink tank:
- 150 l capacity
- made of stainless steel
- with hand stirrer and lid
Solvent container:
- for rinsing the gun and paint hose
Pressure tank for glass beads:
- Capacity 35 l.
- With pressure regulator
- Moisture separator
Two-stage two-cylinder compressor:
- Flow rate 1000 l / min
- with pressure relief valve
Automatic paint gun:
- with line limiter, mounted on fixed carrier with gun, height adjustable.
- Fixed support can be replaced by pneumatic suspension or by marking disks. (See optional).
- Standard nozzle for 10-20 cm line
Automatic glass bead gun:
- Diffuser with adjustable tilt and opening angles.
- Delay regulator for glass gun
MAX. LINE WIDTH: 50 cm
